Spotify and Apple Music  expanded an already engaged audience with coveted New Music Friday and Best of the Week placements. Cuco and Clairo’s joint effort is also making the rounds on Spotify’s Fresh & Chill and New Indie Mix.

AWAL Insights™: Women between the ages of 18 and 22 are the most engaged listeners of “Drown” to date.

Rising country phenom Austin Burke delivered the perfect song for summer’s final stretch. 402,337 listeners met his new track with open arms, racking up 566,370 streams.

Spotify gave Burke their vote of confidence with New Music Friday honors, New Boots and Wild Country inclusion, and lead placement on Hot Country. Apple Music did the same, adding “One Summer” to Breaking Country and Best of the Week.

mau5trap artist Rezz delivered a daring, experimental EDM album in Certain Kind of Magic, and closing track “Toxin” has emerged as a standout, generating 297,713 streams from 177,606 listeners.
