Having grown up around the music business, Jack formalised his knowledge with a degree in Audio Techology and Music Industry Studies from City University London, graduating in the summer of 2008. He joined AWAL in February 2009 and since then has helped to run the London office as a project manager, overseeing partnerships with Skins, Puma and The Roundhouse amongst many others.
