Original founder of AWAL in 1997, Denzyl has been a strong proponent of independent artistry. AWAL was a very early pioneer in digital distribution and digital management. Among the hats he wears, one of those has been as a music synergist and consultant to Apple and iTunes, since 2001 - in multiple aspects of the music business. Since its initial launch in 2003, Denzyl has been an integral part of the Apple iTunes success. In 2004 he came to London to launch iTunes for Europe, and met current partners Kevin and Jonathan, at which point AWAL then headquartered in the U.K.
