We are excited to announce that we are working with award winning Channel 4 drama skins to help further the work they’re already doing in promoting and developing unsigned music and the artists that make it.
Skins is a hugely successful TV drama which will be airing its fourth series in January. It has won many awards over its short history, including Best Drama at the prestigious 2008 Rose d’Or ceremony.
AWAL will be implementing the technical solutions surrounding the music solicit, where viewers are encouraged to record and upload tracks of their own with a view towards the best tracks being used in the series. AWAL will supply our A&R expertise to identify the best tracks gathered through the solicit and will be passing these onto the music supervisors producers at Company Pictures. AWAL will also be providing distribution for the best tracks gathered through the solicit, as well as other unsigned music featured in the series.
